    This company has the RUDEST employees I have ever encountered in my life. Not only do they not respond to you when you greet them, but they will all but SKIN you if you don't have your account number handy. Furthermore, if they have to call you regarding a payment be prepared to be disrespected. If you go in and apologize they will look at you like you're an idiot and continue to ignore you until you're so mad that you want to burn the place down. If I could get water through ANY other company I would be willing to QUADRUPLE my payment, just so as not to have to deal with the miserable hags at Baton Water Corporation.
